CryoZenith provides lead generation and online advertising services designed to help businesses connect with qualified prospects. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Multi-channel online advertising campaigns

• Custom audience targeting and analytics

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered, ranging from $40-60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and package selected. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Lead Quality and Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality, qualified leads that meet your specified criteria. However, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead qualification is based on predetermined criteria agreed upon during the onboarding process.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and target audience criteria
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to CryoZenith services remain the property of CryoZenith. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials provided to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

CryoZenith's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
